Column-Clearing Number Puzzle
How to Play
- Numbers (1-9) appear one at a time. Drop each into one of 3 columns.
- When a column's sum exactly matches the target, it clears and you score points equal to the target!
- If a column's sum exceeds the target, it overflows (locked — no more numbers can go in).
- The round ends when all columns are either cleared or overflowed.
- Play 5 rounds. The target increases by 5 each round (10 → 15 → 20 → 25 → 30).
Objective
Score as many points as possible across 5 rounds. Points come from clearing columns (each clear = target value). More clears = higher score!
Tips & Hints
- Check the Next number preview — plan which column to place the current number in based on what's coming.
- Keep at least one column with low sum as a "safety net" for large numbers.
- In later rounds (target 25-30), you'll need more numbers per column — distribute carefully to avoid overflow.
Controls
Mouse: Click a column to drop the current number in. Keyboard: Press 1, 2, or 3 to drop into that column.
